Black Friday Policy

1. Black Friday Sale Duration: #BLACKFRIDAY2023 promotion is scheduled from 20th November to 23rd November 2023. The Black Friday sale is scheduled from 24th November to 26th November 2023. The offer is only valid within these specified dates.

2. Product Availability: The sale items are available strictly according to stock availability. Ross and Specter cannot guarantee the availability of any item, and no items will be held or reserved.

3. No Refunds/Exchanges: All sales made during the Black Friday event are final. Neither refunds nor exchanges will be provided. Purchases made prior to the Black Friday sale date will not qualify for Black Friday prices, and price adjustments will not be offered.

4. Product Defects: In case of a manufacturing defect, Ross and Specter will replace the item, subject to stock availability. Please note that replacement will be done with the same item. If the same item isn't available, an alternative will be offered only if it's deemed by Ross and Specter as a suitable replacement.

5. Delivery Timeline & Handling: Due to potentially high order volumes, customers may experience delays in delivery. Ross and Specter will strive to deliver all orders within a reasonable timeframe but doesn't guarantee delivery dates during the Black Friday sale period.

6. Amendments: Ross and Specter reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any given time without prior notice. If any changes occur, they will be communicated on our website.

7. Customer Service: Our customer service team will be available to assist you. However, due to high demand, it may take longer than usual to respond to queries.

8. Pricing Errors: Ross and Specter reserves the right to cancel orders arising from any pricing errors.
