Shipping policy
GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
1. A confirmation email with information about the shipping process and your order will be sent out as soon as we begin processing payment.
2. Processing payment and preparing order for shipment takes 1 business day.
3. Shipping update emails containing tracking numbers are sent out to the email address associated with the order on the day the package ships.
4. For logistical reasons, products in the same order may ship out individually. When this happens, tracking numbers are provided via email for each package shipped.
5. Shipment of your parcel normally takes 1 to 3 business days for main centers, but might take longer for outlying, rural areas.
6. You can track your package through our website (see "Tracking" on the main menu).
7. We do not create tracking numbers. They are generated by the courier service and automatically uploaded into our system. We have little control over packages once they leave our facility. Tracking numbers are generally activated within 1 business day of purchase. However, if you experience difficulties with tracking your package, please contact us!
8. All shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. These times may differ if shipping over a holiday, if we have to reship an item due to any error in shipping, or any other circumstances.
9. You can email us at admin@rossandspecter.co.za if you have further questions about your order. We try to respond to all messages within 12 hours on weekdays and 48 hours from weekend inquiries.
